Returns

The purpose of this application is to facilitate the players and the organizing committees. The events are time sensitive and fast moving. Hence, Our policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us with the valid / genuine reason within 24 hours from the time the transaction is made. Please note that the transaction is not for a product, but to allow the user (or the user’s associate) to participate in certain events. Any delay in contacting us regarding the unintentional transaction shall be considered void.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We shall review the request for refund, if received within the time. If the reason is found to be genuine, we offer a return or accommodate the user’s request. we will send you an email to notify you that we have accommodated your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3 days from the time the refund request is made.
